stress hormone cortisol has a significant role in our metabolism and that meditation can contribute to fat loss.
I find it difficult to eat mindfully while I am stressed,over eating adds more stress. Thank you so much Dr.Mehmet for this inspirational post🙏🙏🌹😊
I have started meditation for the past few years only. Once or twice I felt sumptuous after an hour of meditation and didn't feel hungry. But this is not a regular happening. I am inspired to put more time in meditation 🙏🌹🌹
